Documenting the vision or the existing modalities of prevention, preparation, intervention and recovery activities (PPIR) and develop a management plan in the event of the emergence of an animal health problem according to the reality of the sectors in Quebec, including dairy cattle, beef cattle, pigs, sheep, poultry and turkeys.
