Objectives

Disseminate and promote the advantages of the tool for estimating the fat, lean and mineral composition of pigs, chickens and eggs using a bone densitometer and prediction equations developed by Université Laval to transform its components into nutrients of interest that are proteins, lipids, calcium and phosphorus.
